Chocolate Chip Jar: keep large glass jar of assorted chocolate chips. Combine chocolate chunks, disks, dark chocolate chips, semi sweet, etc. and shake them up in the jar. Use these chocolate chips for your recipes. This combination of chocolates is the key to great chocolate chip cookies.
Parchment Paper: Go to your local wholesale store and purchase the large box of parchment to use when baking. It is considerably cheaper and eliminates many baking messes.

Bananas: brown bananas make great banana bread or cut the ripe banana into 2 inch chunks, freeze on a baking sheet, place frozen chunks in your freezer for smoothies.
Blueberries: to avoid a frozen clump of blueberries, freeze a layer of berries on a baking sheet, transfer to a ziplock bag to store in your freezer. Use for blueberry pancakes, muffins, smoothies, etc..
