Shmackin’ Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • pinch dried rosemary
  • pinch of fresh thyme
  • pinch of ground peppercorns

Directions:

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl. Lay the pork tenderloin in the marinade and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Keep the pork in the refrigerator soaking in the marinade for 2-24 hours. Grill the pork tenderloin on medium heat 10 minutes each side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let the pork rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
