Pan Muffin Egg Bake

Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs

half-n-half

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Optional ingredients: spinach, diced mushrooms, peppers, onions, crumbled bacon, diced ham, diced sausage

Directions:

Spray muffin pan with Pam. Crack eggs one by one in a muffin pan. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon on half-n-half on top of each egg. Break the yolk, sprinkle in optional ingredients, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
