Meatballs

1 pound 90% ground beef

1 pound 80% ground beef

1 pound of a veal, pork, beef meatloaf mix pack

2 eggs

1 sleeve of saltine crackers, grind into fine crumbs in a food processor

1/4 cup cooking onion chopped

2-3 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients and work them together until well blended. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the meat mixture into meatballs. Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Using tongs, remove the meatballs from the baking sheet and place them on a bed of paper towels to drain off some of the fat. Transfer to a crockpot. Pour one jar of your favorite sauce under the meatballs. Pour one jar of sauce over the meatballs. Cook in the sauce on low heat for 6 hours.

Meatballs are great over spaghetti or as meatball subs!
