This is a beautiful and delicious punch for a crowd when entertaining. We enjoy it especially at Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of super fine sugar
1 cup Grand Mariner Liqueur
1 bottle of white wine (Soave Bolla or Pinot Grigio or White Orvieto)
2 bottles of dry Champagne (Korbel)
1 large frozen ice cube
fresh strawberries
Directions:
In a large punch bowl, mix together the sugar and Grand Mariner. Stir until the sugar is dissolved in the liqueur. Add 1 bottle of white wine and stir. Stir in the 2 bottles of champagne. Place the ice and fresh strawberries into the bowl.
