Grilled Shrimp and Sausage Over Rice

Ingredients:

16 uncooked, peeled jumbo shrimp

1lb. Smoked Sausage cut into 1-2 inch pieces

BBQ Seasoning

4 cups of your preferred rice

Directions:

Alternate 4 shrimp and 4-5 pieces of sausage on BBQ skewers. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning. Grill for 10 minutes over medium heat. Flip after 5 minutes. Remove from skewer and lay shrimp and sausage over rice.

Makes 4 skewers.
