Fruit Crumble

Ingredients:

Fruit Mixture:

6 cups of fresh fruit (peaches, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest and juice of one lemon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions: Toss together in a large bowl and set aside.

Crumble Mixture:

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 cups flour

1 and 1/2 sticks of melted unsalted butter

1/2 cups rolled oats

Directions: Toss ingredients together and using your hands press to form crumbs.

Pour fruit mixture into a greased cast iron skillet or baking dish and top with crumble mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
