Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts cut into 2 inch chunks. Marinate in Italian or lemon pepper marinade for a few hours before preparation.
2 small strip steak cut into 2 inch chunks. Marinate in a steak marinade.
Assorted Vegetables cut into 2 inch chunks, zucchini, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow squash.
Directions:
Preheat grill. Prepare the kabobs by alternating meat and vegetables on a metal skewer. Grill the kabobs on medium heat, turning frequently. Reduce heat to low after 10 minutes and cook until meat is cooked through.
