Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

This recipe was borrowed from our good friend Kristen who always brings great food to the table.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked brown rice

2 cups of cooked broccoli chopped into little bites

1 stick butter

2 cans cream of celery soup

10-11 oz. Velveeta Cheese

Buttered Cornflakes – combine 3 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 cups Cornflakes

Directions:

On low heat, melt together butter, soup, Velveeta. In a large bowl combine the cheese mixture with cooked broccoli pieces and cooked rice. Pour into a casserole dish and top with buttered Cornflakes.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
