Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 8ox block of cream cheese softened
1 cup (more or less to taste) of hot sauce (preferably Wegmans wing sauce)
1 bottle blue cheese dressing
2 cups of mozzerella cheese (preferably Sargento mozzerella provolone mix)
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese with shredded chicken and hot sauce. Use more or less sauce depending on how hot you would like your dip. Spread mixture in a shallow pan. Top with blue cheese dressing and all of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is browning slightly and the sauce is bubbling through.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery and carrots.
