Breakfast Souffle

Ingredients

6 eggs slightly beaten

6 slices of bread cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled

1 package of breakfast sausage, sliced into small chunks

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Optional ingredients: diced mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, spinach, onions

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into a greased casserole dish. Set in fridge overnight. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the souffle sit for 15 minutes before serving.
