Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

Topping:

2 cups fresh blueberries

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients, cream the butter and sugar, add the egg. Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk and spread the batter in a 9×13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle the berries on top. Combine the remaining topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over the berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Optional, serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
