This is a great smoothie that the kids will love for breakfast and is high in protein.
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
handful of spinach or a half an avocado
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup (more or less for consistency) almond milk
2 handfuls of ice
Instructions:
Mix together in a blender until it becomes a liquid. Use reusable stainless steel straws.
