Antipasto Squares

Everything we know about lake life we learned from GiGi and Auntie Ialeen. This is a favorite appetizer from Staffordville Lake.

Ingredients:

2 packages of crescent rolls

1/4 lb. ham from the deli sliced thin

1/4 lb. Genoa salami from the deli sliced thin

1/2 lb. provolone cheese from the deli sliced medium

1 jar Mancini sweet roasted peppers

1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese

1 egg

Directions:

Cover bottom of 9×13 inch pan with 1 package of crescent rolls. Layer the ham, salami, provolone and peppers over the rolls and top with the remaining package of crescent rolls. Use a fork to beat the egg and combine with the parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the top layer of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool and cut into squares. It is easier to slice if chilled. Place a toothpick in each square to serve.
